Short version: this website does not use cookies, does not track you, does not store anything in your browser, does not load anything from third parties, and has no contact form. The robot runs entirely in your browser.

Hosting

This website runs on a virtual server rented from DigitalOcean, LLC (USA) in a data centre in Singapore. When you open a page, your browser necessarily sends technical data such as your IP address, the requested page, date and time, and browser type. This data is processed only in memory to deliver the page; the web server writes no access logs, so nothing is stored. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

DigitalOcean processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Singapore and the USA are outside the EU, and there is no EU adequacy decision for Singapore. The transfer is therefore protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR), which are part of DigitalOcean's data processing agreement.

Fonts and scripts

All fonts and scripts are served from this server. No requests go to Google, content delivery networks or other third parties.

Email

If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where it concerns a contract or enquiry, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete them when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply (e.g. for business correspondence).

Our email runs on Google Workspace, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, which processes emails on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may also be processed by Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an EU adequacy decision exists (Art. 45 GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

You are not obliged to provide any personal data to use this website. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
